Baroque Fauna No.5
2021

This photograph is part of a series created on a secluded tropical island during the pandemic, where I lived and worked with movement-improviser friends in deep connection with the natural landscape. The series captures spontaneous, body-based interactions with nature — moments where human presence blends, dissolves, and reconfigures into new forms.

This forest embrace appeared spontaneously in the middle of a beautiful chaos of fluid gestures. The image captures a moment of male intimacy and human connection formed through interaction with nature.
The scene feels both real and distant, part of a story shaped by instinct and stillness.
